My SMS messages aren't being delivered

Check that you have correctly launched your SMS campaign and that all numbers are in the correct format. Numbers should start with a valid country code without any leading zero or plus prefix e.g. for Australia 61XXXXXXXXX or for the US 1XXXXXXXXXX.
