Survey mode allows you to conduct SMS surveys (allowing duplicate "keywords" in a template).
Each SMS message is considered a "question" and the Keywords are the expected responses.
Survey mode can be used in both "inbound" and "outbound" SMS templates
NOTE: Your SMS template must be two-way and have an active SMS number attached.
Features include:
- Alternate branching: Send different messages/questions based on previous response.
- Allow "free text" response: Set keyword to "[all]"
- Invalid response message: prompts recipient to try again
Turning on Survey mode
- Click on SMS green module settings
- Select Survey mode
