SMS Reporting

You can view the reports for an SMS job you have run directly from the platform or you can set up scheduled email reporting.

SMS reporting will show the you date and time each message is sent or received, delivery status, whether any shortened URLs have been opened, message content, message costs and more.

To view your reports on the platform:

  1. select the Flows tab on the left of your screen, select the Jobs tab top right, click the reports icon for the job you wish to view
  2. click on the green SMS icon in the middle of the screen
  3. to view raw data, click on the data icon
  4. To download raw data, click Export in the top right of the reporting screen.

Alternatively, in the Sandpit for your flow click the hamburger menu in the top right, then Get Collected Data, select your data ranges and follow steps 2, 3 and 4 above.

To set email reporting after a job has completed:

  1. click the reports icon at the bottom of the Sandpit.
  2. select the enable reporting checkbox and confirm your email address and report timing.

To set up scheduled email reporting for an ongoing campaign:

  1. click the reports icon at the bottom of the Sandpit.
  2. select the checkbox to enable scheduled SMS reporting, add your email address and select the desired reporting frequency.
