How do I create a new outbound voice workflow?

To create a new outbound Voice workflow you will first need to set up your data workflow.

  1. Click Create a new SMS, Voice and Email flow and give your flow a name
  2. Select where your campaign data will come from (you can upload a CSV or use the inbuilt builder)
  3. Map which fields are the Reference ID and contact details for SMS, Voice and Email
  4. Deselect any fields from your data you do not want to pass through top the Upwire platform
  5. Select Voice Template
