How do I use WAV files instead of text to speech?

All of our voice modules can be set up using text to speech (default) or recorded WAV files. To change from text to speech to WAV file:

1. Click on the voice message icon on the relevant module.
2. Set message type to WAV File.
3. Select your wav file from the list or drag on a new file from your file location.

Note: You can either upload pre-recorded wav files, or record them directly onto out platform using the microphone on your computer (see How can I record new WAV files?)
